It is a day of intensive mediumship practice and development. I work with integrity towards the Arthur Findlay College (Stansted) teachings and standards (I have been going to courses there myself for over 11 years), this means encouraging students to really push the boundaries of their mediumship and 'think outside the box' when connecting to Spirit - giving valuable and detailed messages.

I work with many interesting and active practical exercises to improve mediumship connections and focus for working with Spirit. Also exercises to gain more detailed information from the Spirit World for their recipients.

Most importantly, I strongly believe in encouraging humility and integrity in working for Spirit and with good and loving intentions.

It is a site for spiritual development journeys, holistic counselling therapies and self-healing with lots of information, advice and tools, as well as a personal contact page for me.

I am currently in the 2nd Year of studying for my professional qualification in 

Integrative Counselling 

(I will be a qualified Person-Centred Counselling Practitioner 

within 18 months!!)

The Soul in the Cavern

(It is not known who wrote this but it is so beautiful it needs to be shared)

There was a soul whose time had come to be born into human form, and so it went to the great cavern, where all such souls prepare for their journey to earth from the Spirit World. The soul found hundreds and thousands of similar souls, each manifested as a small flickering flame. When it came to the soul's turn to transform into human incarnation he/she said,

"I have much work to do and many lessons to learn during my lifetime as a human being on earth. I will need loving family and friends to love and nurture me. Who will be my family on earth?"

A ripple of shimmering light flickered across the multitude of flames in the cavern and then a few of them stepped forward to speak:

"We do not know you, we have not met before and therefore we are new to you, but being kind, compassionate and giving love is an amazing feeling so, we will be your family/friends on earth."

The soul spoke out again and said,

"Also when I reach the earth, I shall need guidance through my life, people to teach and and advise me, to correct and to direct me. Who will be my teachers?"

Once again there was an incredible flickering of lights as the souls rippled and shone through once more, and very soon, another group stood forward:

"We have known you in other lives and we have grown to respect, understand and like you. We would like to take on this task of teaching you throughout your life."

The soul was filled with gratitude, but then stopped and thought carefully before stepping forward one more time to address the crowd,

"When I am on earth, if I am to experience the most meaningful lessons of all, those of humility, tolerance under provocation and overcoming great difficulty, I shall need people to hate/hurt me and do me great harm. Who will do this for me? Who will be my enemies? However, at last, a small number of individual souls stepped forward:

"We are your soul group, we have known you over aeons of time and so your complete growth and development are as dear to us as can ever be imagined. This will be a delicate and arduous task, so if you are to be hurt and abused during your time on earth, it is better to be managed by you true, loving soul group. We will be your enemies on earth" 

Have you been fed today?

Have you been fed today?  Has anyone told you that you are loved?  

Has anyone made you feel appreciated and let you know how special you are? 

Has anyone assured you that you are exactly who you need to be?  

And that in simply doing what you love to do, you are doing enough?  

Has anyone reminded you that you didn't come here to prove anything?  

And without you the world would be incomplete and a puzzle missing a crucial piece?  

And you are the only one in the universe who can fill that final space. You came to be you.  Just you.

  Because being you is enough.  You are one of a kind, a true original, a masterpiece of incomparable value.  

Has anyone told you that the regrets of yesterday belong to yesterday, and that right now, in this profound moment of time, you are perfect.  

As perfect as you were created to be.  

Has anyone taken the time to let you know that you are infinitely smarter than you give yourself credit for being?  

And a thousand times more capable of achieving your dreams than you believe yourself to be?  

Has anyone told you you should never doubt your own worth?  

Because even in those moments when you feel it the least, you are still wonderfully made, and there is, within every single cell of your being, enough power to light the world.  

God placed it there the day you were born, and every loving thought you think radiates forward, brightening the world and making it a better place to be.  

That's how powerful you are.  

So, now I ask again, have you been fed today?  

Has anyone told you that you are truly loved?  

If not, then won't you please let me be the one?
